FI likes tiger lilies. Tiger lilies don't do so hot once they're cut, I didn't want to DIY the flowers, and he didn't think that orange or yellow went with blue. So white oriental lilies won.
Inspiration bouquet of lilies and roses, but with white flowers.
My bouquet didn't turn out quite like I had pictured. We tried to get more lilies to open up the day of the wedding by putting them in a steamy room and warm water but it didn't work out. I still loved the flowers, though. I do wish I had thought to hold it in the crook of my arm like the BMs ended up doing - it was a pretty tall bouquet.
